My apologies for my poor french.
I was...unfortunately a client of Gan ...going back more than 18 continuous years, ...with almost no reason to call upon their services and obligations.
Unfortunately, when I DID require such service, I found them to be both sadly lacking, innattentive, difficult to contact or receive answers to questions arising, and de facto seemed to accuse ME of failing to tell the truth in respect of an intended claim to my house.....and that after THEY had NEVER VISITED THE PREMISES IN QUESTION....but yet saw fit to decide that I PERSONALLY was responsible for the damage suffered.
I frankly find that hugely offensive...and as a client with GAN assurance on car, house, and mutuelle ...I did expect to be treated more expeditiously and given HONEST views on the damage...damage that they NEVER EVEN SAW....EVER....but, incredibly and quite offensively sought to laythe blame for which at MY door.
I will not hide....I now DESPISE GAN...and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE...EVER...FOR ANY SERVICE OF ANY KIND.
It will be a joy to me if I never hear their name ever again.!
