Title: Terrible service — unprofessional and dismissive
Dealing with IRP Auto has been a nightmare. For over a month I've tried to get my file processed. Agents keep repeating the same empty lines, refuse to transfer me to managers (despite promising they would), and provide no clear info on timelines, procedures, or next steps. I've sent multiple complaint emails — no replies at all. As a care specialist myself, I've never seen such careless, Unprofessional treatment
